Sukhleen Aneja, CEO of The Good Glamm Group's Direct-to-Consumer Brands Division, has resigned from her position.

Sukhleen Aneja, who served as the CEO of The Good Brands Co, the Direct-to-Consumer vertical of The Good Glamm Group, has resigned from her position. Aneja oversaw brands like MyGlamm, The Moms Co., and Organic Harvest within the company's portfolio.

This departure follows a recent report by Inc42 revealing that The Good Glamm Group had laid off 150 employees over the past year as part of a restructuring initiative. The company is preparing for an IPO by Diwali 2025 and aims to achieve profitability by then.

During her tenure of two-and-a-half years, Aneja played a significant role in the growth of the startup, contributing to successful fundraising efforts and steering the organization towards profitability. Prior to joining The Good Glamm Group, she held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Reckitt for over four years.

The startup's restructuring efforts included the appointment of new executives to its C-suite, such as Kamal Lath as Group CFO, Manan Jain as Group COO, Kartik Rao as Group CPO, and Avalok Langer as Group CCO.

The Good Glamm Group, founded by Darpan Sanghvi, has expanded its portfolio through numerous acquisitions, including ScoopWhoop, Organic Harvest, and Sirona. Despite a consolidated net loss of INR 273 Cr in FY22, the company remains focused on its IPO target and profitability goals.

With total funding of around $270 million from investors like Prosus, Warburg Pincus, and Bessemer Ventures, The Good Glamm Group continues its journey towards becoming a prominent player in the content-to-commerce space.
