  1. Mamaearth, has received board approval to merge two of its wholly owned subsidiaries – Just4Kids Services Private Limited and Fusion Cosmecutics Private Limited – into itself. The amalgamation aims to prevent cost duplication, enhance financial efficiencies, streamline management focus, and improve cash management. Fusion Cosmecutics owns Dr Seth’s skincare brand, while Just4Kids operates Momspresso, providing parenting advice in multiple languages. The merger, subject to regulatory approvals, follows Mamaearth's acquisition of a majority stake in Fusion Cosmecutics.
