Vahan Secures $10 Million to Strengthen Its AI Strategy for the Blue-Collar Workforce

Vahan plans to invest its new funding into advancing its AI recruitment technology, aiming to support eight major Indian languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bangla, and Gujarati. The company also intends to broaden its reach into sectors like manufacturing, logistics, and retail. Additionally, Vahan will introduce new services including loans and upskilling programs to improve the retention of blue-collar workers. Established by Madhav Krishna in 2016, Vahan leverages AI and WhatsApp’s API to streamline the recruitment process for blue-collar jobs.
