Sharechat is set to secure $60 million in funding with a valuation of R2.8 billion.

A Delhi NCR-based startup specializing in audio and wearables has reached a valuation of approximately $426 million (or INR 3,541 crore) following its Series A fundraising round involving audio industry giant Bose Corporation. This marks the first instance of Noise disclosing its valuation, having been self-funded prior to this round of funding. Established in 2014, Noise originally focused on the sale of smartphone cases and accessories but later shifted its emphasis to smart wearables and wireless headphones. The company faces competition from boAt, led by Aman Gupta, among other contenders.
