Lu Ming, who serves as the Director of the Shanghai Institute for National Economy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is a delegate of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), emphasized the need for cautious adoption of restrictive measures, urging policies aimed at reducing operational expenses for firms operating in the digital economy.
