
The hospitality unicorn OYO Home, gearing up for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), has reintroduced self-operated hotels, marking a revival more than two years after discontinuation. Through its newly launched 'Prime Partner Program,' OYO plans to provide its top-performing hotel operators with the opportunity to manage additional hotels, enabling them to generate extra revenue without the burden of leasing risks or the initial overhead costs associated with starting a new hotel. Currently, OYO has already collaborated with 30 realtors and commenced operations in more than 35 hotels spanning across cities such as Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Goa, Mumbai, and Chennai.
