OrbitShift secures $7M funding led by Peak XV, Stellaris Ventures.

OrbitShift, a startup specializing in AI-powered sales intelligence, has successfully secured $7 million in its seed funding round, with Peak XV Partners' Surge program and Stellaris Venture Partners leading the investment. The funding aims to bolster OrbitShift's presence in the US market and further enhance its technology and product teams to expand its range of offerings.

Founded in 2022, OrbitShift operates as a comprehensive platform catering to the sales ecosystem of technology and IT services companies. It integrates purpose-built models and large language models (LLMs) to serve large enterprises across the US, EU, and APAC regions. This latest funding round marks OrbitShift's second institutional funding, following a pre-seed round of $1.5 million in 2023, bringing their total funds raised to $8.5 million.

Saurabh Mishra, the co-founder and CEO of OrbitShift, expressed gratitude for the support from Stellaris Venture Partners, Peak XV, and other angel investors. He highlighted the significant traction OrbitShift has gained, particularly among industry leaders over the past 18 months.

OrbitShift operates on a subscription-based model, charging clients based on deal duration and other metrics such as user and account creation. The platform claims to streamline enterprise processes, reducing research and sales planning times by 40-50%. This efficiency allows for quicker client outreach, creation of high-quality responses, and development of content for client meetings, thereby enhancing productivity and client relationships on a scalable basis.

Alok Goyal, a partner at Stellaris Venture Partners, emphasized the transformative potential of AI in enterprise applications and praised OrbitShift's commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in their AI-driven solutions. He underscored the importance of robust technology and product development in achieving these standards, acknowledging the challenges and costs associated with such endeavors.

Overall, the funding round reflects OrbitShift's strategic focus on growth and innovation within the competitive landscape of AI-powered sales intelligence, aiming to solidify its position as a leader in serving global enterprise clients.
