We’re excited to announce the second edition of MoneyX, an exclusive, invite-only conference tailored for India’s top General Partners (GPs), Limited Partners (LPs), venture capitalists (VCs), angel investors, and family offices. Scheduled for September 26 in Delhi NCR, MoneyX 2.0 will gather over 300 prominent investors to explore capital flow trends across the startup lifecycle and engage with industry leaders.

Hosted by Inc42, MoneyX serves as a platform for the brightest minds in the investment community to analyze the patterns of capital movement within the startup ecosystem. India's startup landscape has undergone a rapid transformation, expanding beyond the traditional hubs of Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru into a nationwide innovation network. This shift is evident from the explosion of startups, growing from 300 in 2016 to more than 140,000 by 2024, as reported by DPIIT.

This surge in entrepreneurship has defied global economic challenges, particularly during the "funding winter." Despite a market slowdown, early-stage investments remained strong, with over 60% of funds in 2023 directed toward new startups. In that year alone, Indian VCs raised $1.8 billion across 31 funds. The enthusiasm for disruptive ventures continued into 2024, with Indian startups raising $5.3 billion through 504 funding deals in the first half of the year.

Nevertheless, key questions remain: What direction is the startup ecosystem heading? Which trends should investors watch, and which emerging sectors hold the most promise? These questions and more will be addressed at Inc42’s MoneyX 2.0, a strategic forum where India’s leading investors will collaborate to shape the future of the startup landscape. Set to take place at The Oberoi, Gurugram, this event offers a curated experience for investors to connect, form partnerships, and explore new investment opportunities.
