Updated: Jul 26

The delegation, led by Dr. Vinod Kumar, Director Promotion at IN-SPACe, and Mr. Shashank Saxena, Deputy Director at IN-SPACe, included representatives from various Indian companies such as Agnikul Cosmos, TakeMe2Space, Dhruva Space, Bellatrix Aerospace, XDLINX Space, mistEO OrbitAid Aerospace, and Skyroot Aerospace. During their visit, they showcased advanced space projects, products, and services, leading to numerous business-to-business meetings and discussions with Australian counterparts.

Two notable Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed at the forum. The first MoU was between HEX20, an Australian satellite platform company, and OrbitAid, an Indian company specializing in satellite life extension solutions. They will collaborate on demonstrating in-orbit refueling technology.

The second MoU was between HEX20 and TakeMe2Space, an Indian startup focused on AI-first compute and storage satellite infrastructure. HEX20 will use TakeMe2Space's AI modules and subsystems in their flatsat, while TakeMe2Space will provide access to its OrbitLab platform for researchers and students to test and run their models on an actual satellite in real time.
