Godrej Properties acquires two premium residential plots in Gurugram for ₹515 crore, leading to a positive opening in its share price.

On September 2, Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), a prominent real estate developer in India, secured the highest bid for two luxury residential plots in Gurugram, totaling a bid value of ₹515 crore. These plots span approximately 3.6 acres and 2 acres, respectively. The larger plot is situated in the prestigious Golf Course Road micro-market, while the smaller one is located in Sector 39, close to NH 48, according to a filing with the stock exchange.

In the stock market, Godrej Properties saw its share price close with a 1.70 percent gain on August 30, as reported by the NSE. The company currently holds a market capitalization of ₹81,131.46 crore. Notably, on July 16, 2024, the company's stock reached a 52-week high of ₹3,402.70.
