Taiwanese electronics manufacturing services giant Foxconn has infused $55.29 million (approximately INR 461 crore) into its Bengaluru-based entity, Foxconn Precision Engineering Private Limited, with the investment orchestrated through Foxconn's Singaporean subsidiary. In a strategic move to enhance iPhone production throughout India, the Apple supplier, Foxconn, is set to make significant investments in Karnataka. As a component of its broader expansion strategy in the Indian market, Foxconn intends to double both its workforce and business scale nationwide within a year.
