Deeptech Construction Startup Tvasta Launches Kerala’s First Concrete 3D Printer Lab

Tvasta Manufacturing Solutions, a deeptech startup specializing in 3D printing for construction, has inaugurated Kerala’s first concrete 3D printer lab to advance research and innovation. This facility, established in partnership with Saintgits College of Engineering, aims to be a hub for R&D, focusing on pioneering concrete 3D printing techniques. Founded in 2016 by alumni of IIT Madras, Tvasta has created a ‘Made in India’ technology that leverages automation and robotics to offer faster, more economical, and sustainable construction solutions compared to traditional methods. The startup is currently based in Chennai and Bengaluru.
