The entrepreneurial duo, Rimjhim Deka and Partha Kalita, hailing from Mumbai and Assam respectively, achieved a remarkable milestone by securing an extraordinary 5-Shark deal on Season 3 of Shark Tank India. Their fashion brand 'Littlebox' stole the spotlight with an impressive pitch, seeking a modest investment of 75 lakhs for just 1% equity. Despite the seemingly modest ask, they managed to sway all five investors, sealing the deal.
Founded in 2022, Littlebox has swiftly garnered attention in the Gen Z market, shipping over 200,000 products nationwide. Operating in Guwahati and Delhi, the couple showcased their dedication to growth and hometown pride. Despite initial skepticism, their impressive monthly revenue of Rs 2 crore convinced the Sharks of their company’s potential.
Following the deal, Rimjhim and Partha expressed their aspiration to inspire entrepreneurship in their hometown. With additional support from the government of Assam, their startup Little box aims to contribute to the local economy while making strides in the fast-paced fashion industry.
