Agilitas Sports, a platform specializing in sportswear and athleisure solutions, has received strategic investment from Spring Marketing Capital. While the funding amount remains undisclosed, the partnership aims to strengthen Agilitas' position in the sportswear industry, according to the company's statement. CEO and Co-founder Abhishek Ganguly noted that the investment will support the company's efforts to expand and further develop its brand portfolio. Founded by Ganguly, along with Atul Bajaj and Amit Prabhu, Agilitas Sports has raised over $60 million in two rounds of funding from Convergent Finance LLP and Nexus Venture Partners. In April, the company secured the brand license for the Italian sports brand Lotto from WHP Global and, last year, acquired Mochiko, a footwear manufacturer for brands like Adidas, New Balance, and Reebok. Agilitas has also heavily invested in manufacturing, R&D, marketing, and distribution to revolutionize the sportswear market in India and globally.
