Accenture has made an equity investment in the global capability centre (GCC) platform ANSR and will join the company’s board of directors. Although the specific investment amount was not disclosed, reports indicate that Accenture is investing around $170 million. This strategic alliance aims to leverage ANSR’s expertise in building GCCs for Fortune 500 companies and other clients, along with Accenture’s capabilities in enterprise reinvention.
Vikram Ahuja, co-founder of ANSR, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting how Accenture’s solutions, C-suite partnerships, and industry experience complement ANSR’s role as a trusted partner in managing and scaling GCCs.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with significant operations in India, ANSR provides comprehensive solutions for talent, workspace, HR, and GCC operations. According to a study by Wizmatic, GCCs employ 3.2 million people, primarily engineers and scientists, and generated $46 billion in revenue in 2023.
