A 'Startup Mahakumbh' event hosted over three days attracted 1,000 startups and 5,000 aspiring entrepreneurs.

New Delhi, (IANS): The upcoming 'Startup Mahakumbh' event, slated to take place at Bharat Mandapam and India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) in the Capital from March 18-20, is expected to see a significant turnout. More than 1,000 startups, over 1,000 investors, 5,000 aspiring entrepreneurs, and 40,000 business visitors are anticipated to participate.

Among the highlights of the event, the Nass com pavilion will feature presentations from 34 deep-tech startups, showcasing innovative technologies that are revolutionizing India and influencing industry capabilities globally. Additionally, the event will provide a platform for prominent women leaders to emphasize their crucial role in the startup ecosystem.

Debjani Ghosh, President of Nass com, remarked, "At 'Startup Mahakumbh,' our aim is not only to showcase startups but also to foster an ecosystem where women take the lead, driving the narrative of Indian entrepreneurship with resilience and creativity."

To enhance engagement and networking opportunities, the 'Startup Mahakumbh' has launched its official app on the Google Play Store, offering comprehensive information and facilitating connections among innovative minds for potential collaborations.

The event agenda includes insightful discussions covering various sectors such as AI, software-as-a-service (SaaS), direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, agritech, fintech, deeptech, biotech, pharma, incubators, climate tech, e-sports, and B2B manufacturing.
