Ayna, a startup based in Bengaluru, has secured $1.5 million in seed funding led by Inflexor Ventures. The funding will be used to advance its AI capabilities, grow its team, and accelerate its mission of delivering top-notch product photography to businesses of all sizes.

"This investment allows us to further develop our technology with the goal of making immersive virtual shopping experiences accessible to brands of every scale, blurring the distinction between online and offline retail," said Yash Bansal, co-founder of Ayna.

Established in 2023 by Aastha Rajpal and Yash Bansal, Ayna enables brands to create high-quality product photoshoots at scale using its proprietary Compound Foundational Models (CFMs). These models give brands meticulous control over their product images, offering a significant edge over conventional methods and basic AI solutions.

"Ayna is at the forefront of integrating diffusion models into a unique compound foundational model framework, revolutionizing the product photography sector," added Yash Bansal.

The startup boasts a notable client roster including Clovia from Reliance Retail, Wakefit, and WomanLikeU. Ayna's generative AI technology eliminates costly overhead, reduces turnaround times, and frees brands from creative constraints, optimizing product visuals for enhanced conversion rates.

Ayna plans a strategic expansion into the US market to capitalize on the extensive e-commerce landscape and growing demand for innovative solutions. Additionally, it seeks strategic partnerships with various marketplaces to extend its powerful AI technology to a wider range of sellers, thereby broadening its impact and reach.
